Although we are a new business, our lived and professional experience in the fields of Community Mental and Physical Health and dedication to meeting the individual needs of each of our clients is OUTSTANDING.
- We manage a DIVERSE team of friendly and professional carers who are well trained accredited and experienced. They are supervised by an attentive, professional and supportive management team, all of whom are willing to go the extra mile in our pursuit of delivering a first-class service. We offer a completely bespoke homecare visiting service to individuals and families, tailored exclusively around your needs and preferences.

- Our services are completely bespoke and driven by our individual client’s needs. They range from healthcare and support, through to help with housework, getting out and about, and simple companionship.
- Prior to engagement, our first step is to spend time getting to know you, to gain a thorough understanding of your care needs, lifestyle and requirements. We’ll then work together to agree a level of care that is just right for you. At this point we will match you to a suitable carer/s, whose experience and personality match your specific requirements and needs. Once a member of staff is set up and assigned to a client or group of clients, they will remain so until it is absolutely necessary to introduce someone else – whether for holiday cover or to provide further support.

- Coming home from hospital can be a daunting experience, particularly if you need recuperation support in your home. The level of support you need can vary depending on the treatment you have had. It can range from intensive support to help with medication and personal care such as dressing and washing. Academy Care will exclusively tailor our services to provide you with the level of support that you need to recover at your own pace, in an environment where you feel comfortable and can be yourself. This means we can supplement local district nursing teams and community health teams that may already be helping you transition from hospital to home care.
- Our Assessment Team liaise with your hospital team, your GP and your local community health teams to understand the level of care and support that you will need. We will also discuss how to help you access any financial support you are entitled to. Together, we will then craft a bespoke home care package that fits your needs and provides you with continued care and support as you recuperate on your own terms. Our professional and understanding hospital to home teams will be there for you every step of the way as you regain your health, independence and confidence in the comfort of your own home, surrounded by the people you love.

Our Personal Care Assistant Service
- Our Personal Care and supportive assistance services are exclusively tailored to you or your loved one’s individual healthcare needs. Services range from help with getting out of bed in the morning, to washing, showering, toileting and incontinence. We will help you to meet your hygiene needs, all in the comfort of your home.
- Based in Gosport and Blackpool, our carers are experienced and compassionate. But above all, they are expertly trained to provide tailored personal support and assistance that encourages independence in a respectful and dignified manner. We are committed to providing services that are both discreet and professional. With your permission, we will coordinate with any family or friends invested in your personal care to create bespoke plans that are focused on your needs and preferences.
- Personal care services include assistance with: Washing / bathing, oral hygiene, dressing / undressing, shaving and grooming, Skin maintenance,Incontinence care
